Spicy Charlie’s has access to some of the world’s most innovative chefs, so we are constantly growing, and creating new variations on a theme, to keep our menus fresh and dazzling.
Our chefs have an appreciation for working with only the freshest ingredients, i.e., fruits and vegetables in season, stocks and sauces made from scratch, artisan breads, oils, and cheeses, aged prime beef hand cut on location, and only the freshest seafood catches of the day.
